What if the other side of the table is not working up and down. How to trouble shoot it? I got mine but side can go up and down when pressing the remote.

I put the chair together myself and the 3 little cups. I put one upside down so now. My chair won't lower all the way. I didn't want to take the whole chair apart. Can I do this and just fix the cups?

Lower the desk

By mistake, I had turned the chair while removing the tube which attaches to the base. The base came off easily after hitting couple of times but since I had turned it, three washers and one ball bearing assembly (tiny one) fell out of the black tube of the base. Now, I dont know what is the correct sequence in which these washers and ball bearing assembly should go in. Can you help please?

Great video. It's interesting that you cover the cutting area around the hole with blue tape, as the guy at Home Depot said it wouldn't be necessary as it wouldn't help in keeping that Formica from chipping/splitting. I question, though, whether it would be better to use a diamond core drill bit vs. one with teeth? Not sure that would make a difference in keeping the Formica from chipping or splitting? I'm actually enlarging all three existing grommet holes on my desk, in addition to drilling a new one. Wish me luck! :-)

Your method is the fastest yet I've been able to remove the protective sheet from my acrylic - works great. The only thing I'd add is that it helps if the material is at proper room temperature, not the ice-box that is my workshop in Winter :-)

Im confused at the cross bar solution. I can literally see it still wobbling in the video, even with the support. I want zero wobble. Not just less wobble. Otherwise, what's the point.

Excellent video ! I was thinking to buy a height adjustable table and I read in reviews that wobble or instability makes these tables useless. I came across your video and now I am more informed about making the right purchase to avoid instability. Thanks ! I bought a new desk and couldn’t get it to adjust or reset. Did everything in the book and on this video. It was showing a motor error code and was told I needed to disassemble for a return. Wasn’t happy about that and I stood it on end to disassemble. I decided to try one more time and put it back down and it suddenly worked.

I was living in a place with a wonky floor and it must have made the two motors set differently when i readjusted it. Thankyou for this video, my desk successfully reset, it initially displayed an error but when i lifted my finger and placed it on the down arrow again it continued and reset and showed rst on the screen.
